Has anyone had a proper withdrawal from Mr Green recently? Deposited 100 quid, played through the wagering at 35x, and now the withdrawal has been sat pending for 28 hours. Is this normal for a first cashout or should I be getting on at customer support already? All my documents are verified.

I had a slow first withdrawal from Mr Green — took about 48 hours. But customer support were helpful and it cleared fine. Every withdrawal since has been quick. Think it is just standard first withdrawal caution on their end.

Not a massive fan personally. 35x wagering is above average was the main dealbreaker for me. Moved to PlayOJO where there is zero wagering and the difference for regular players is significant.

Safe site, UKGC licensed, been around since 2007. Just read the bonus terms before you claim anything. The 35x wagering means the headline offer is not as valuable as it looks but the actual casino product is decent.
